Letizia Nardi, born in Rome, Italy, on August 29, 1966.

Before establishing the Nardi and Roncelli firm with Paolo Roncelli in 1997, founding partner Letizia Nardi was associated with a major law firm specializing in transactional matters and intellectual property law (1990-1993).

Letizia’s practice focuses on litigation, contracts and business transactions, real estate, family and probate law.

Paolo Roncelli, born in Bergamo, Italy, on September 26, 1963.

Admitted to bar in 1994. Admitted to the Supreme Court.

Education: University of Texas School of Law (M.C.J., 1991); University of Pavia (J.D., 1988).

A founding partner of Nardi and Roncelli, Paolo was associated with major international law firms (1991-1996) before establishing the firm with Letizia Nardi in 1997.

Paolo’s practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, contracts, environmental law, administrative law, litigation.

Instructor at the university of Milan for the Master in Environmental Law on “La responsabilità delle imprese in campo ambientale,” and author of scientific publications on environmental law, including: “Codice dell'Ambiente” (co-author, Milan, 2009); the Italian section of “International Environmental Law and Regulations” (author, Salzburg, Austria, 1996); Italian section of “Environmental liabilities and Regulation in Europe” (co-author, The Hague, The Netherlands, 1993).

An associate of Nardi and Roncelli since 2002, Emanuele’s practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, environmental and health and safety law, administrative law and intellectual property law.

Emanuele is a frequent author of scholarly works on environmental and commercial and business law, including, notably, many of the current environmental law treatises by Giuffré, and Utet, and lecturer and speaker on corporate and environmental law at events hosted by primary research institutions, trade and other organizations.

Barbara Mazzullo, born in Aosta, Italy, on April 16, 1976.

An associate at Nardi and Roncelli since 2002, Barbara’s practice mainly focuses on administrative law,  in relation to environmental and public contracts field, and litigation.

Marialaura Vitelli (of counsel), born in Milan, Italy, on May 21, 1972.

Admitted to bar in 2001.

​

Education: University of Milan (J.D., 1997).

​

Of counsel at Nardi and Roncelli since 2014, Marialaura specializes in employment and labor law, with significant experience advising on employees, independent contractors, agency agreement matters, and management relationships with unions, including litigation.

Marialaura also cooperates with the firm’s professionals in other matters where employment law is relevant such as in M&A, and other large transaction matters. Member of the Bar Association of Milan.
